Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately by filling out the Contact Us form on our website.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 3 - 5 business days after processing. (Expected arrival time between 7-10 days). If there are any problems or concerns with your order regarding shipping, tracking, or processing, please contact us immediately by filling out the Contact Us form on our website.

Refund Policy
Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all sales items are final and non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will received a email notification acknowledging return received.  You will also get a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.

Return Policy
Claw Clips policy lasts 30 days. Please note purchased items after 30 days have gone, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  As well as in the original packaging. Gift cards are non- returnable.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   Please note that Claw Clipz is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
